About the Musicians

Smörgåsgrass is a new multi-genre bluegrass outfit performing both originals and beloved classics. Led by guitarist Brian Blaser, Smörgåsgrass’ sets include heartfelt originals, toe tapping fiddle tunes and mashups of favorites from across all musical genres.

The band was a finalist at the 2022 Durango Bluegrass Meltdown band contest and plays regular gigs on the western slope and in the Denver-Boulder area.
