about the artist

Billy Shaddox straddles a line between singer-songwriter and crafter of cosmic rock music. A transplant from the west coast, Shaddox draws on his upbringing and time near the ocean combined with his current tenure in the foothills of the Rockies to craft music that is grounded in the western landscapes he calls home. His songs are a sonic telling of the experiences and observations of a life during pivotal times, coming to terms with change, longing for connection, recognizing the past and dreaming of a world in right relation with itself. Billy is a skateboarder and hosts concerts on the skate ramp at his home he calls "The Rampitheater". He and his band play regularly in Lyons, and the surrounding area, and always deliver a dynamic performance of his songs.
